Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community in College Station, TX. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and staff while ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

You will lead budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and emergency response, developing a high-performing team and contributing to NOI growth for the property.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Ability to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community onsite.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly marketing plans and leasing strategies.
