Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and fiscal activities while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As on-site leader, you will direct personnel, monitor budgets, oversee vendor invoices, and drive resident satisfaction through retention programs and timely service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personnel and on-site staff.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Lead emergency team and ensure safety compliance on property.
