Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community on-site. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the supervision of the Regional Manager while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, set schedules, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to maximize net operating income through cost control and leasing improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Lead on-site staff through hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred
