Job summary

Asset Living seeks a diligent Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and safety, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will develop budgets, monitor rents, and foster resident satisfaction through proactive engagement, cost controls, and performance management. Strong communication and Fair Housing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry, or an equivalent combination.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; ensure staff performance and compliance.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans; monitor rent collections and expenses.
• Lead emergency response for the property and ensure safety and liability controls.
• Ensure property appearance, lease activity, and resident satisfaction through proactive management.
