Job summary

Ferguson Management Group is seeking a Community Manager in Santa Barbara, CA to oversee day-to-day management of assigned community associations on-site. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee vendors, and help develop operating and reserve budgets while communicating with residents and boards.

Keystone duties include preparing reports, organizing board meetings, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering responsive service. Prior CMCA/AMS/PCAM credentials are highly desirable in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in community association or property management.
• Budgets, financial reporting, and basic accounting knowledge.
• Familiarity with governance, contracts, and regulations affecting associations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and boards.
• Organizational and time-management abilities for multiple communities.
• Proficiency with office software and AMS/digital documentation.
• CMCA/AMS/PCAM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned community associations on-site.
• Coordinate property maintenance and vendor performance for multiple communities.
• Assist in developing operating and reserve budgets and monitor adherence.
• Prepare communications for residents and boards; organize meetings.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with rules and enforce governance processes.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents and stakeholders.
