Job summary

The Community Builders Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all phases of on-site operations and team performance. This role focuses on budgeting, regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-quality living environment for residents.

Five days a week in the office, with responsibilities spanning financial management, maintenance oversight, and strong resident relations. LA-based or regional office area experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years in Residential Property Management or related fields; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Industry designations such as COS, LIHTC, ARM, CPMC preferred.
• Excellent budget, financial management, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, billing, reports and all accounting functions.
• Oversee property maintenance, inspections, audits and risk management documentation.
• Provide outstanding resident services and coordinate community activities with staff.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate onsite team members; support HR recommendations.
