Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned communities (single family, townhomes, condos, or commercial).
• Coordinate with multiple support teams to oversee tasks and deliverables.
• Maintain visibility with Board/owners and external partners to meet goals on budget and quality.
• Guide Boards for proactive planning and leadership management.
• Oversee budgeting, invoices, and financial reporting; liaise with accounting.
• Attend Board and committee meetings as needed.
