Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years or more in community association or property management.
• Experience managing a high-end community in Irvine and/or Newport Beach preferred.
• Experience overseeing portfolios and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the Board, homeowners, and residents.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and onsite presence per community needs.
• Lead annual operating and reserve budget preparations and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor contracts, projects, and service levels.
• Maintain records, calendars, and regulatory compliance.
