Qualifications

• Experience in HOA/COA/real estate environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• High accuracy and integrity in handling financial information.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; ability to learn industry systems.
• Effective communication with non-financial stakeholders and boards.
