Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise all phases of operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.

As the on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines while managing staff performance, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations to meet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and staff development.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and administrative operations.
• Develop and manage operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response planning and safety compliance.
• Plan marketing and resident retention initiatives.
