Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead the on-site operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing standards while coordinating financial and administrative tasks.

The role requires coordinating budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations to optimize occupancy and ROI. On-site leadership, strong communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction are key.

Qualifications

• Must have a solid customer service mindset and respond to resident needs.
• Strong communication skills for staff and resident interaction.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
• Experience with on-site property management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, coach, and develop the on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Handle resident concerns and manage lease processes.
