Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, budgeting, revenue tracking, and coordinating with vendors. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Familiar with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of the housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, vendor invoices, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead emergency team and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
