Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining service quality and resident satisfaction. This on-site role requires strong leadership and organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk.
• Develop budgets, monitor deposits, rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response for the property and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate repairs and make-ready work orders.
