Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community. You will supervise property staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

This on-site leadership role focuses on resident satisfaction and operational excellence. You will manage budgets, revenue, and expenditures while implementing leasing strategies and retention programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service in property management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• CAM/ARM certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations for the community.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and staff performance.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.
• Develop marketing plans and resident retention programs.
• Produce timely financial and administrative reporting.
