Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, and financial tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, reporting, and resident relations while driving occupancy and service quality. This is an on-site leadership role with focus on operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site teams in residential property management.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily property operations and on-site staff under Regional Manager.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, rent collections, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and leasing strategies.
