Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring safety, fair housing, and policy compliance.

As on-site leader, you will develop and implement budgets, marketing plans, resident retention programs, and respond to resident concerns to sustain high levels of satisfaction and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
