Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staffing, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Key duties include developing budgets, marketing plans, tenant relations, and achieving strong operating income through cost controls and revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and manage leasing, maintenance and administration.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.
• Head emergency team for the property and ensure safety compliance.
• Drive resident satisfaction through effective retention programs and service quality.
