Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collections, vendor invoices, and resident satisfaction initiatives, with a focus on timely service delivery and strong leadership of on-site staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop budgets, monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response for the property and ensure service completion.
• Maintain property appearance and manage resident satisfaction and retention.
