Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staffing, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As on-site leader, you will schedule staff, train and coach, develop annual budgets, market the property, handle resident concerns, and ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention.
• Plan yearly marketing and leasing strategies.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Head emergency team and respond to incidents.
