Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with CAM/ARM preferred. Experience in housing, strong leadership, and ability to manage budgets and resident relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management on-site.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure resident satisfaction, lease signings, and timely reporting.
