Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of an affordable housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financials under Regional Manager guidance, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing regulations.

We value at least 2 years of affordable housing program experience, CAM/ARM certification, and strong budgeting, communication, and leadership skills to drive resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and related schemes.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency procedures, leasing activities, resident relations, and safety/compliance initiatives.
