Asset Living seeks a hands-on Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor management.
• Implement resident retention programs.
