Elmington Living is hiring an Assistant Community Director to support the on-site operations of an affordable housing community in Manor, TX. You will help manage budgets, leasing, and resident relations, and stand in for the Community Director when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in property management, familiarity with LIHTC/HUD/Section 8, and experience with major PMS tools. On-site role with regular weekend coverage and a focus on compliance and resident services.

Competenze

• 1+ years of property management or administrative experience, affordable housing preferred.
• Working knowledge of LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 certification processes preferred.
• Experience with RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress, or similar property management software preferred.

Mansioni

• Support management of the property's operating budget.
• Assist in maintaining occupancy at or above budgeted levels through leasing and retention support.
• Assist the Community Director with the eviction process as needed, following legal requirements.
