You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, financials, and compliance, ensuring rent collection and program adherence for LIHTC and HUD-affiliated properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to use onsite software; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor delinquency.
• Close end-of-month procedures and maintain accurate records.
