Zusammenfassung

Elmington Living is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support on-site operations at an affordable housing community. You will assist with budgeting, leasing, compliance, resident relations, and reporting to the Community Director, stepping in during absences.

The role requires familiarity with LIHTC/HUD processes, and experience with RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, or Fortress. On-site work, some weekend coverage, and a commitment to resident service are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of property management or administrative experience.
• Familiar with LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 certification processes.
• Experience with RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress, or similar property management software.

Aufgaben

• Support management of the property's operating budget and lease activity.
• Assist in maintaining occupancy at or above budgeted levels through leasing and retention support.
• Support the delinquency process with rent collection efforts and accurate resident account notes.
• Assist the Community Director with the eviction process in line with legal requirements.
• Track and follow up on outstanding certifications and documentation deadlines.
