Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Must have affordable/tax credit experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor relations, property maintenance, financial and leasing performance.
• Ensure operations support tenants and residents with high service standards.
• Present Elmington to residents, vendors, and employees professionally.
• Manage staff, operations, and financial performance of the community.
