Job summary

Elmington Living, a national property manager, is seeking a Property Manager for an affordable/mixed portfolio in East Austin. You will oversee on-site operations, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy while maintaining curb appeal and strong resident relations in a fast-paced community environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years property management experience, affordable housing preferred.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 compliance.
• Fair Housing certification within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budget and NOI targets with monthly variance reporting.
• Maintain occupancy through proactive leasing and retention strategies.
• Lead eviction processes and coordinate with local attorney when needed.
• Ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance and accurate income certifications.
• Oversee leasing team: tours, applications, and move-ins.
