Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries across center services.
• Help customers with urgent requests (Wi-Fi codes, packages, directions, projector setup).
• Connect incoming calls, route to the right colleague, and ensure services are billed correctly.
• Plan and coordinate center events, write invitations, and post notices for networking.
• Close the day by tidying the center and preparing for the next business day.
