Job summary

IWG plc is hiring a Community Associate for an on-site role at our Rye center. You’ll build and nurture a local community of customers by handling administrative and support needs so they can run their business efficiently.

Every day you greet customers, help with tasks like setting up meeting rooms, printing, invoicing, and coordinating service requests. You’ll plan events, communicate clearly, and ensure services are accurately charged and delivered with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service.
• Create and maintain your community within your center and handle administrative and support needs for customers.
• Assist customers with day-to-day requests, set up meeting rooms, print, and help with invoices and billing.
• Organize networking events and coordinate notices, invites, and posters within the center.
