Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role at our Long Beach center. You will manage front-desk tasks, assist customers with inquiries, AV setup, and center operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities include handling mail, coordinating events, and ensuring accurate invoicing while maintaining a friendly, proactive service mindset. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with mail, packages, and scheduling center resources.
• Set up presentations and help with AV equipment.
• Coordinate with City Manager and organize center events.
• Ensure services are properly charged and invoices accurate.
