Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communicator capable of building professional relationships.
• Empathetic, positive, and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries to ensure a smooth experience.
• Set up rooms, connect devices, and help customers with setup needs.
• Process charges and invoices to ensure accurate billing for services.
• Sort mail, manage deliveries, and respond to customer requests.
• Assist with planning and executing networking events within the center.
