Job summary

IWG plc in Yonkers, NY is hiring a Community Associate to support front-desk customers and the center’s daily operations. You will help guests with Wi‑Fi codes, directions, packages, projector setup, and invoice-related tasks while ensuring a welcoming environment.

You’ll manage multiple requests, coordinate with the City Manager on events, and keep the center tidy and functional for ongoing business activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality service.
1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Able to take ownership of problems and resolve issues promptly.
Positive, adaptable, and friendly in fast-changing environments.
Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and support their needs at the center throughout the day.
Assist with Wi‑Fi codes, directions, packages, and meeting room setup.
Coordinate with team members and route requests via the service portal.
Help with printing, invoices, and center-related tasks to keep operations smooth.
Plan and support local networking events and center communications.
