Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations and own problems.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day center services and inquiries.
• Help guests locate resources and set up AV equipment.
• Coordinate with center team to manage bookings and events.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges.
