Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Knoxville to help run the center operations, assist customers, and manage daily tasks that keep the space welcoming and productive. You’ll handle inquiries, set up equipment, and assist with events, while ensuring accurate billing and smooth center services.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and reliable IT-enabled support in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on work-life balance and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, WiFi codes, packages, directions and printing.
• Set up meeting room equipment and connect calls when needed.
• Create and manage invoices and ensure accurate charging.
• Open tickets in the service portal to resolve center issues.
• Assist with events planning and promotional posters in the center.
• Support networking events and help with invites and logistics.
