Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person with inquiries and tasks at the center.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate services for members and guests.
• Set up and help with equipment, rooms, and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate with the City Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
