A strong communicator with 1+ years of customer service, plus proficiency in MS Office and basic IT, is preferred. You’ll coordinate events, assist with inquiries, and contribute to a productive, friendly workspace.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (ideally 1+ years).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to changing situations.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and center services.
• Support administrative tasks and center operations.
• Coordinate events and help with networking activities in the center.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper service charging.
