Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and direct to resources.
• Manage center operations and service portal tickets.
• Plan and execute center events and networking invitations.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service charges.
• Close day by tidying the center and coordinating with the City Manager.
