Job summary

IWG in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to deliver friendly, responsive service to members and guests, and to manage the day-to-day operations of the center with professionalism and care.

You will greet visitors, assist with center services such as Wi‑Fi codes, directions, and meeting room setup, sort mail, process basic requests, and help maintain a clean, welcoming workspace for everyone.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build strong relationships
• Enjoy solving problems and taking ownership of issues
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with center services and inquiries
• Maintain center organization and cleanliness throughout the day
• Assist with event planning and networking activities within the center
• Assist with basic IT tasks (Wi-Fi codes, projectors, etc.) and invoice sorting
