Job summary

Greystar in Phoenix seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in handling financial and operational tasks for the community. This includes rent collection, bank deposits, reporting, and processing invoices to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role also involves using property management software (Yardi/OneSite), addressing resident inquiries, and assisting with leasing and marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience in property management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts to ledgers, prepares financial reports and bank deposits.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and ensures data integrity through updates and backups.
• Review tenant files for delinquencies, enforce lease terms, and maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with owners and vendors.
