Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the on-site operations of a residential community in Phoenix. The role focuses on overseeing financial operations,Tenant interactions, and daily property management tasks under the guidance of the Community Manager.

The position requires 1–3 years in property management, knowledge of lease terms, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite/Entrata is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Process rent and other payments, prepare daily deposits and reconciliations.
• Operate property management software and ensure data integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees and communicate with residents.
• Review vendor invoices and code charges to proper accounts; coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Follow eviction procedures and represent the community in court when required.
• Manage move-outs, deposits, and related disposition per policy.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
• Act as on-site supervisor in manager’s absence and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Assist in owner relations with updates on community performance.
