Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with financial and operational duties at a residential community in Phoenix. You will handle rent collection, banking deposits, and reporting, while using Yardi/OneSite to maintain financial records.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with lease terms. This role requires communication with residents, vendors, and owners, and may involve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of related property management/ residence life experience.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, process payments, prepare deposits, and reconcile accounts.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensure data integrity.
• Review resident files for delinquencies and coordinate collections per lease terms.
• Process invoices and manage payables with proper coding and approvals.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships and provide updates on performance.
