IWG Plc is seeking a friendly Community Associate for our West Des Moines center. You’ll help customers with everyday needs, handle inquiries, set up equipment, and ensure smooth center operations.

You’ll coordinate with teams to keep services running, manage tickets, and assist in events. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of customer service, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests throughout the day.
• Set up equipment, route calls, and help with room directions as needed.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Coordinate with teams to support events and center operations.
• Prospect and engage with customers to join the center network.
