Job summary

IWG plc in San Diego is seeking a Community Associate to warmly support customers in our center, manage front-desk activities, and coordinate day-to-day operations. You’ll handle inquiries, set up equipment, process invoices, and assist with events to build a thriving local network.

Ideal candidates are calm communicators with 1+ year of customer service experience, proficient in MS Office, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle inquiries from center guests
• Manage administrative tasks for center operations
• Assist with event planning and sending e-invites
• Open tickets in the service portal and coordinate issue resolution
• Ensure accurate invoicing and billing for services
