IWG is seeking a Customer-Centric Community Associate in Fort Worth to manage daily center operations, assist members with inquiries, and support events. You will handle customer needs, coordinate with the City Manager, and ensure smooth service delivery.

You will need 1+ years in customer service, solid MS Office skills, and a positive, adaptable attitude to thrive in a busy, on-site environment with a focus on excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Ownership of problems and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with day-to-day needs at the center (wifi, directions, meeting rooms, packages).
• Ensure accurate service charges and invoice handling.
• Set up equipment and support events and networking activities.
• Coordinate with the City Manager and center team to maintain a clean, welcoming space.
• Support day-to-day center operations and maintain a positive guest experience.
