Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations, marketing efforts, and community engagement. The role covers prospect tours, resident events, and coordination with the Community Manager to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support turnover and events on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• Highest integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week.
• Commit to full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site.
• Be flexible for evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn and move-ins beyond normal hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community and follow up with prospects.
• Plan, implement and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials; post as directed.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Handle evening and overnight on-call duties.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces policies and procedures.
