Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support day-to-day operations in a leasing office. You will conduct resident tours, follow up with prospects, and assist with marketing efforts and events to drive resident satisfaction.

You will be on-site part-time, including evenings and weekends, and help maintain brand standards across the property while supporting outreach and partnerships. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead and contribute effectively within organizations or groups.
• Highest integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in leasing office, conduct tours and follow-ups.
• Lead marketing efforts and resident events; manage social content and Canva materials.
• Maintain brand standards across the community and assist in partnerships at the property.
• Be on-call for evenings and weekends as needed; support turnover and move-ins.
