Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support with leasing office operations.
• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups for resident engagement.

• Assist with move-outs, turnovers, and on-site duties.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials and social posts.
• Support outbound marketing and leasing activities as required.
• Handle special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
