Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support leasing office operations on-site. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and lead local marketing and resident events to drive retention and community engagement.

You will also handle evening/on-call duties, assist with social media and Canva-based materials, and collaborate with the Community Manager on special projects, all while upholding Core Spaces standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lead and contribute within various groups with integrity.
• Strong communication and respectful conduct aligned with company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow up with prospects.
• Lead on-site marketing duties and resident events.
• Manage evening and overnight on-call duties as needed.
• Post to social media and assist in outbound marketing activities.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure brand and product presentation meets Core Spaces standards.
