Job summary

Core Spaces seeks a part-time Community Concierge to support on-site leasing and day-to-day operations at our Bloomington property. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and assist with marketing and resident events to enhance the community experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining brand standards across all activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• The utmost level of integrity in all instances, and shows respect towards others and towards company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
