Job summary

Core Spaces seeks a Community Concierge to play a vital on-site role in the leasing office. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, and lead internal and outreach marketing efforts to enhance resident retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute within teams or groups.
• Highest integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance in the leasing office and conduct prospect tours.
• Support move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond standard hours.
• Execute outreach marketing, social posts, and event planning for resident retention.
• Maintain Core Spaces brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnerships and creating marketing materials with Canva.
• Present to student organizations and participate in sponsored events.
• Assist with outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Follow Core Spaces policies and procedures and handle clerical tasks.
